By accessing the Ethereal Concierge platform and booking our curated resort services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our services are designed to provide a high-end, editorial-quality travel experience, governed by a commitment to excellence and mutual respect.
1. Booking & Reservation
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your curated stay.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty fee equivalent to one night's stay plus applicable taxes.
Users are prohibited from using our digital interfaces for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to terminate access to the Ethereal Concierge for behavior deemed disruptive to the curated community atmosphere.
Payment Policies
We provide a seamless, secure, and modern payment ecosystem designed for the international traveler. Our systems utilize the latest encryption to ensure your financial tranquility.
Credit & Debit Cards
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. International cards are processed at real-time exchange rates.
Mobile & NFC
Tap-to-pay via Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay is supported throughout all resort boutiques and dining venues.
Cash Payments
Local currency is accepted at the main reception. For security, we recommend room charging for all internal transactions.
Secure Processing
All transactions are PCI-DSS compliant. We never store full card numbers on our local resort servers.
